Finding the right accommodation may be a hard task for international student.

We are always ready to assist in finding comfortable and suitable accommodation for every student of our Studienkolleg.

 

Student apartments provided by Rahn Education.

Rahn Education offers to the students of our Studienkolleg a limited number of private apartments in Leipzig.
You will live as an international student in a shared apartment for 2 or 3 persons (single and double rooms are available), sharing a kitchen and a bathroom.

All rooms are fully furnished. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Depending on the apartment, the rent may be around 400 € - 550 € per month (plus a refundable deposit of approx. 750 €).
All apartments are 20 - 30 min. away from the Studienkolleg and the city center.

Modern 1-bedroom apartments directly from a landlord.

Alternatively, we can offer modern renovated 1-bedroom apartments directly from a landlord.
These apartments are equipped with a kitchen (other furniture is not provided) and located 30 minutes away from the Studienkolleg by public transport.

The rental cost is 450 € per month. The contract is concluded directly with WB Kontakt landlord.

Buena, Student Residence

Located just 20 minutes from the city center by tram, Buena Student Residence offers a comfortable and convenient living experience for students.

Location: Bornaische Street 20-22

The Hood, Student Residence

The Hood provides modern student residences in the center of Leipzig, just 20 min. walk from our studienkolleg.

Location: Berliner Str. 10.

Rental prices: 20 sq. m. starting from €538 up to €40 sq. m. for €910 per month including utilities.

Basecamp Student Accommodation

Basecamp offers various living options for students, including shared 2- and 3-person apartments, single rooms, singles with kitchenettes, studios.

Location: Prager Str. 53, 20 min. by tram from our Studienkolleg.

Shared 2-3 person apartment, 16m² – 34m², starting at €590 per month.
Single rooms, 19m² – 23m², starting at €620 per month.
Studios, 27m², starting at €710 per month.

Rooms are fully furnished and include utilities such as electricity, heating, and water.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a gym, laundry, cinema, co-working spaces, and social areas.

StayToo Student Accommodation

StayToo offers modern living options tailored to the needs of students.
Accommodations are conveniently located in the very nice part of the city surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. A 25-minute tram ride will take you to our studienkolleg.

Location: Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 144.

The offer includes rooms ranging from 18m² to 37m². Prices start at €539 per month.
