Medical insurance

 

It is smportant for the international students to be protected by the medical insurance. It is also a requirement of the German Embassy/Consulate when you are applying for the visa.

We are able to assist you with the health insurance for the duration of your study at the Studienkolleg (1-18 months are possible).

The insurance covers the costs of outpatient or inpatient treatment in case if it is medically necessary, due to illness or accident.

It can then be altered to another health insurance, if you continue your studies in Germany.

The insurance fee is approximately 35 € per month, depending on the Basic/Premium package selected.
